About the Role

Reset is revolutionizing weight medicine by combining modern medical treatments, behavioral change, and technology. Our Berlin flagship practice offers a comprehensive treatment model integrating diagnostics, medical supervision, medication, and nutritional therapy, all guided by a proven protocol. Our app extends patient care into daily life, supporting treatment adherence, visualizing progress, and fostering connection with the care team. We are building Europe's largest network for medically supervised weight loss, establishing a consistent treatment standard across all locations.

Responsibilities

Conduct initial consultations and counseling with patients at our Berlin flagship practice.
Understand each patient's current situation, past attempts, and goals.
Clearly and persuasively explain our treatment program, the Reset app, packages, and payment options.
Answer common questions about the process, efficacy, safety, and costs after training.
Contribute insights from patient consultations to the development of our app and patient journey.
Ensure a smooth start to treatment in collaboration with the medical and practice team.

Requirements

Experience in consultation-intensive sales, such as in beauty and aesthetics, fitness and wellness, high-end retail, hospitality, or healthcare services.
Demonstrable sales success and the ability to guide individuals to make informed decisions.
Empathy, closing skills, and sensitivity to body-related topics.
Clear, credible communication and the ability to simplify complex information.
Interest in weight medicine, GLP-1 therapy, behavioral change, and digital health products.
A committed, structured, and goal-oriented approach to work, with enjoyment in on-site collaboration.
Native or business-fluent German language proficiency.
