The ideal candidate possesses technical knowledge, the ability to follow schematics, and excellent manual dexterity, with specific experience in assembling and calibrating electric and pneumatic controls.
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret manuals, drawings, and schematics
- Assemble parts to create complex components
- Assemble and test valve packages including valves, actuators, and controls
- Maintain high quality control standards
- Keep detailed records
- Package products in boxes and crates
- Load and unload trucks for inbound and outbound equipment
- Perform inbound inspection of components
- Organize and stock components on shelving
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous experience as an Assembler, Automation Technician, or similar role
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematics
- Ability to operate machinery and use hand tools
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Strong understanding of quality control principles
- Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
