About the Role
Drive meaningful change as a Process Improvement Specialist. You'll help turn improvement opportunities into real business outcomes across IAG, supporting our CGU and WFI brands. Working closely with leaders and stakeholders, you'll identify priorities, implement process improvements, and build capability in Lean thinking and operational excellence. This is a role for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, influencing others, and seeing ideas through from analysis to delivery. You'll play a key role in helping teams work smarter, simpler and more effectively across the business.
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of process improvement initiatives, translating identified opportunities into sustainable operational outcomes and measurable business benefits.
- Analyze current-state processes using Lean methodologies, process mapping techniques and digital tools to identify inefficiencies, risks and improvement opportunities.
- Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to prioritise improvement opportunities, design future-state processes and align solutions to business objectives.
- Conduct benefit analysis and develop recommendations that support operational efficiency, customer outcomes and business performance.
- Coach and mentor leaders in Lean principles, continuous improvement practices and process excellence capability.
- Partner across teams to embed change, support adoption and ensure process improvements are successfully implemented and sustained.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience delivering process improvement initiatives and implementing sustainable business change.
- Strong knowledge of Lean methodologies and continuous improvement practices.
- Experience influencing stakeholders and building capability across leaders and teams.
- Process mapping and process improvement analysis expertise, including BPMN or similar frameworks.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess benefits, interpret data and make recommendations.
