About the Role

Join Zurich Cover-More as a Pricing Manager and play a key role in shaping the future performance and growth of our travel insurance portfolio across Australia and New Zealand. You will use data, insights, and commercial thinking to influence strategic pricing decisions, optimize portfolio performance, and help deliver innovative products that meet evolving customer and partner needs. This is an opportunity to work across a highly visible portfolio, partnering with leaders to drive profitable growth and contribute to the ongoing transformation of a leading travel insurance business.

Responsibilities

  • Developing pricing recommendations that support profitability, customer value, and sustainable business growth.
  • Delivering portfolio insights and performance reporting to support strategic decision-making.
  • Identifying pricing, product, and growth opportunities across direct and intermediated distribution channels.
  • Supporting the design and delivery of new products, propositions, and partner opportunities.
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to strengthen Zurich Cover-More's market position.
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders and communicating complex insights clearly and practically.

Requirements

  • Qualified Actuary (FIAA, AIAA or equivalent).
  • Demonstrated insurance industry experience with a strong pricing background.
  • Experience developing pricing models, recommendations, and portfolio performance insights.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation capabilities.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and communicate technical concepts clearly and engagingly.
