About the Role

Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for institutional clients, delivering a high standard of client service and account management.
- Manage the full client lifecycle, including onboarding, account maintenance, ongoing servicing, and reporting coordination.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and key internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Partner with Sales and Product teams to support client meetings, investment reviews, due diligence processes, and ongoing relationship management activities.
- Contribute to the retention, expansion, and successful management of existing mandates through proactive client engagement.
- Coordinate the preparation and delivery of client reporting, presentations, and other client-related communications.
- Lead onboarding activities for new mandates, including documentation, account opening, legal coordination, and project management.
- Oversee account administration activities, including subscriptions, redemptions, distributions, and client data management.
- Collaborate closely with Operations, Reporting, Legal & Compliance, Technology, and other relevant teams to ensure efficient execution of client-related activities.
- Contribute to team development, mentoring, and organizational effectiveness through leadership and collaboration.
- Identify and drive process improvement initiatives to enhance scalability, efficiency, risk management, and service quality.
- Lead or participate in strategic projects aimed at strengthening Invesco's institutional client service platform.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience within the asset management or broader financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of investment products, asset management operations, and institutional investor business practices.
- Experience in client service, account management, product management, institutional sales support, or related functions at an asset management company, trust bank, securities firm, insurance company, or other financial institution.
- Proven experience working directly with institutional investors, including public pension funds, corporate pension funds, financial institutions, and other professional investors.
- Experience in institutional sales, product management, middle-office functions, fund administration, or business management would be advantageous.
- Ability to operate effectively in a global environment, including participation in meetings and written communication in English.
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- CMA, CFA, CAIA, or other relevant professional qualifications would be advantageous.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, asset management products, and institutional investor requirements.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong project management and organizational capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proven problem-solving ability and a proactive mindset toward continuous improvement.
- Demonstrated leadership, collaboration, and influence across multiple functions and regions.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and client focus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Business-level English communication skills (written and verbal).
