About the Role
As an experienced Receptionist, you will manage appointments, handle booking inquiries, and answer incoming phone calls. You will contribute to the culture of our Bondi Junction Dental Centre as an HCF brand advocate, focusing on high-quality clinical care and building rapport with patients and colleagues.
Responsibilities
- Provide courteous, prompt, and correct responses to all inquiries.
- Handle bookings and manage appointments.
- Raise accounts and receipt payments.
- Comply with HCF Dental Quality Management System and HCF policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and safe clinical environment.
- Support the Practice Manager and Dentists in fostering teamwork and efficient running of the dental centre.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a customer-facing receptionist role.
- Experience in maintaining appointment booking and account systems.
- Experience with various insurance types and their coverage plans.
- Strong communication skills to build rapport with patients.
- Good time management and high attention to detail.
- Excellent listening skills and teamwork mentality.
