About the Role
Love's cashiers work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining clean facilities and providing friendly, fast, and accurate customer service. Flexibility and teamwork are essential, and no prior experience is necessary as training is provided.
Responsibilities
- Perform general customer service duties, assisting customers with product location, questions, and needs.
- Balance cash register, process customer transactions, and offer additional sales opportunities.
- Ensure food safety conditions for fresh food and deli products using various methods and technology.
- Maintain cleanliness of the direct working area, sales floor, restrooms, showers, and gas/diesel pumps, including trash removal.
- Undertake cross-training in other departments such as Restaurant Services, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles.
- Ability to move and lift 25+ pounds.
- Ability to work in various temperatures.
