About the Role

Manages the day-to-day operations for the Child and Adolescent Program and oversees the Intake Department.

Responsibilities

• Ensures compliance with SBH policies and procedures, as well as applicable regulatory agencies.
• Ensures clinical documentation meets the standards of NYSOMHS Part 599.
• Participates in clinical evaluation of clients, ensuring TPRs are reviewed and signed within the required timeframe.
• Provides leadership and supervision to clinicians and program staff through individual and team meetings.
• Reviews and assigns all referrals.

Requirements

• Ability to maintain accurate records and interpret information.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to work cooperatively to achieve Department/Program goals.
• Ability to prioritize and work under pressure to meet deadlines and/or audit reviews.

Skills

• Bilingual preferred.

Experience Level

• Minimum of 7 years of prior experience in a mental health setting, including a school setting.

Education Level

• Master's in Social Work and Licensed Clinical Social Work (LCSW).
