Responsibilities
- Drive for Albany Trucking, ensuring steady miles and adherence to home time policies.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers.
- Operate no-touch, dry van freight, primarily drop-and-hook.
- Transport automotive freight primarily east of I-35.
- Mentor new drivers for additional pay, if interested.
Requirements
- Must be able to get home every 10-14 days, or sooner if needed.
- Drivers typically run for two weeks and get two days off.
- Secure parking is required if taking the truck and trailer home and not living within 50 miles of a terminal.
- Immediate family members must be at least 13 years old to ride.
- Non-family riders must be 18 years old or older.

Salary/Compensations
- Base pay: $0.45 to $0.55 CPM
- Performance bonuses: up to $750/month
- Average weekly pay: $1,300 to $1,500
- All miles paid: loaded, empty, and bobtail
- $200 for completing orientation
