About the Role

Seeking a Litigation Associate with four to six years of experience to join our defense-oriented law firm. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior attorneys and trial teams while developing advanced litigation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a civil caseload under the supervision of senior attorneys
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and legal memoranda
• Conduct and defend depositions of parties, fact witnesses, and experts
• Attend court appearances, hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences
• Conduct legal research and analysis concerning complex issues

Requirements

• Four to six years of experience in civil litigation
• Meaningful experience handling civil litigation matters through all phases of litigation
• Comfortable working on complex and sensitive cases
