About the Role
HI Assessments is seeking an entrepreneurial leader to build and grow its presence in Germany. This role involves establishing the market, acquiring initial customers, recruiting a local team, and sharing directly in the value created. It's an opportunity to write the playbook rather than execute an existing one.
Responsibilities
- Launch and grow HI across Germany, including sales, positioning, and securing first customers.
- Build direct relationships with HR leaders and decision-makers.
- Recruit and lead a local team as the market expands.
- Serve as the primary representative and spokesperson for HI Assessments in Germany.
- Shape the evolution of the platform and go-to-market strategy for the DACH region.
Requirements
- Preference for building rather than managing.
- Ability to lead with relationships and long-term trust.
- Commercial acumen and comfort in building and growing a business.
- Desire for equity in outcomes, not just a paycheck.
- Experience in executive search, recruitment, HR tech, assessment companies, ATS companies, B2B SaaS, or consulting is a plus.
- Must be entrepreneurial and ready to build a company.
