About the Role

Bridgepoint Consulting is seeking experienced Senior Accountants to join their Austin-based team of Professional Accounting Consultants. Consultants will support clients with interim and project-based Accounting needs for small to mid-sized companies in the Austin area. This role offers opportunities for both full-time and part-time engagement.

Responsibilities

• Support clients for a wide range of interim and project-based Accounting needs.
• Function as part of client teams throughout the duration of each project.
• Deliver excellent client service.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on, full-cycle Accounting experience.
• Industry experience within private equity, technology, software/SaaS.
• Experience with monthly close procedures.
• Experience with monthly and quarterly financial reporting.
• Prepared monthly bank and balance sheet account reconciliations.
• Recent hands-on experience with routine accounting processes such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, payroll and cash management.
• Hands-on experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, Great Plains or Intacct).
• Moderate to advanced experience with Microsoft Suite, especially Excel.
• Strong desire for consulting style work.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels within the organization, both written and verbally.
