About the Role
Azora is seeking a resourceful individual to manage company operations, including executive support, purchasing, travel, office organization, team logistics, recruiting coordination, and basic people operations. This role requires problem-solving, coordination, and adaptability in a fast-growing environment with opportunities for expanded ownership.
Responsibilities
- Provide executive and team support, including scheduling, calendar management, domestic and international travel coordination, and organizing team events.
- Maintain office organization, functionality, and supplies.
- Manage company purchasing, including supplies, equipment, shipping, and vendor coordination.
- Coordinate interviews and support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Assist employees with operational questions and connect them to appropriate resources.
- Maintain company records, subscriptions, vendor information, and insurance documents.
- Keep CRM updated with key contact information.
- Track and ensure completion of open operational tasks.
- Improve and document internal systems for purchasing, travel, onboarding, and office operations.
- Take ownership of special projects and unexpected problems.
Requirements
- Previous experience in company operations, office management, hospitality, recruiting coordination, executive administration, or a similar role.
- Exceptional organization and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage many changing priorities without losing track of commitments.
- Resourcefulness and comfort completing unfamiliar tasks with limited direction.
- Strong judgment regarding urgency, confidentiality, cost, and escalation.
- Comfortable working in person and supporting a fast-paced team.
- Ability to interact naturally and professionally with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency with modern productivity, travel, purchasing, and communication tools.
- Experience with purchasing, especially highly technical equipment.
- Experience working in a startup or rapidly growing company.
- Experience with vendor management, employee onboarding, or office operations.
- Experience coordinating complex travel and company events.
- Interest in growing into broader responsibility for company operations.
- Enjoyment of ambitious environments, unusual requests, and challenging problems.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. lawful permanent resident, protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain necessary U.S. Department of State authorizations.

About the Company
