About the Role

As a People & Talent Intern, you will collaborate with the Growth & Operations Manager to support team growth. You will own key aspects of the recruiting pipeline, including candidate sourcing and communication, ensuring timely hires.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage candidate pipelines across active roles using LinkedIn, referrals, communities, and outbound sourcing.
  • Manage candidate communication from outreach and follow-ups to scheduling.
  • Support interview coordination and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Maintain and improve the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruiting workflows.
  • Conduct initial screening calls and summarize candidate profiles.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives.
  • Support onboarding logistics for new hires.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Psychology, HR, Communications, or a related field.
  • Genuine interest in people, talent, and hiring.
  • Strong communication skills, including clear writing and reliable follow-up.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Proactive and action-oriented.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and building processes.
  • Prior experience in recruiting, HR, or a startup environment is a plus.
