About the Role
Bridgepoint Consulting is seeking a Controller to join our Financial Operations practice. You will serve as a strategic business partner, providing interim and project-based accounting services to support clients through various business lifecycles, from startup to IPO readiness.
Responsibilities
- Provide senior financial management and accounting services to clients with high professionalism.
- Partner with CFOs, CEOs, executive teams, bankers, private equity firms, and advisors to ensure client success.
- Assist companies in executing growth strategies and new initiatives.
- Implement process improvements and operational enhancements.
Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive accounting experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of recent experience as a Controller.
- Willingness to travel within the local market and occasionally support national markets.
- Strong desire for consulting-style work and client service.
- Experience leading and managing accounting department operations.
- Track record of developing and optimizing finance functions for growth and scalability.
- Proficiency in budgeting and forecasting with complex financial models.
- Experience maintaining or implementing internal controls.
