About the Role

Join an established creative game art studio in Berlin, organizing creative workflows and asset tracking systems. Support planning, coordination, and asset delivery for client projects, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery. Gradually take ownership of projects as you grow.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and maintaining project plans, resource plans, schedules, and status reports.
• Act as a point of contact between artists and client development teams, translating feedback into tasks.
• Track project tasks and monitor timelines, flagging bottlenecks and adjusting resources.
• Assist in asset delivery, ensuring correct formats and specifications.
• Organize, attend, and document project meetings, maintaining project documentation.
• Contribute to improving project management processes, tools, and best practices.
• Collaborate with experienced Project Managers while taking ownership of workstreams and projects.
