- Drive rapid time-to-value and measurable ROI through high-velocity deployments.
- Manage engagements with project management and iterative delivery for momentum and transparency.
- Develop playbooks, process documentation, and implementation frameworks for scalable delivery.
- Partner with the engineering team to refine and expand platform capabilities.
- Incorporate real-world process knowledge into the product loop, surfacing edge cases and validating automation logic.
- Guide UX from a practitioner's perspective to ensure product intuitiveness.
- Share field learnings with research and product teams to improve agents and roadmap.
- Shape Fragment's perspective on lean procure-to-pay and source-to-pay processes with AI agents.
- Contribute to thought leadership and strengthen go-to-market messaging.
- Remain accountable for business KPIs and outcomes post-go-live.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on leveraging agentic AI across customer operations.
- Unlock new opportunities for agent deployment expansion.
- Go deep on source-to-pay processes and contribute to other areas as needed in a startup environment.
