About the Role
As a Clinical Educator, you’ll play a key role in building the knowledge, skills and capability of nursing and care teams across our Seniors Communities. Working closely with Learning & Development, Quality and operational leaders, you’ll deliver practical, evidence-based training that supports strong clinical outcomes and compliance with aged care standards.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging clinical education and training to nursing and care staff
- Support onboarding and competency-based training for new staff
- Ensure education aligns with aged care standards, compliance and best practice
- Maintain accurate training records and support audit requirements
- Evaluate training programs and identify improvement opportunities
- Support implementation of new clinical policies through education and coaching
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across clinical, L&D and operations teams
- Promote a culture of continuous learning, safety and clinical excellence
Requirements
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- 5+ years’ clinical experience in aged care or a related health setting
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (or equivalent)
- Experience delivering clinical education or training to adult learners
- Strong understanding of aged care standards and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills
- A collaborative, proactive and solutions-focused approach
