Responsibilities
- Process defined processes in the store and ensure a proper daily routine through your checks.
- Monitor and process the minimum shelf life data system to ensure absolute freshness in your store.
- Take responsibility for compliance with hygiene regulations and freshness principles.
- Independently carry out price reductions of goods and thus contribute to avoiding food waste.
Requirements
- You are familiar with goods and ideally have previous experience in retail, e.g., as a sales assistant.
- You approach customers in a friendly manner and use your communication skills in conversations.
- Whether with initial experience in a side job, mini-job, or as a career changer – you are welcome in the #teamkaufland.
- You are highly motivated, reliable, and can be deployed flexibly within the opening hours of your store.
