Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, and analyze data for Continuous Improvement projects and initiatives.
• Track KPIs for processing areas and support root cause analysis.
• Document detailed procedures for training purposes.
• Support and design internal and external reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with other departments on GMP and H&S actions in processing areas.
• Assist with process improvements as needed.
• Ensure compliance with the Company's Integrated Management Systems (Production, Quality, Food Safety & GMP).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be currently enrolled in a College/University Post-secondary program in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, or related field preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Office is required.
• Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
• Exposure to ERP software.
