About the Role
The Chief of Staff at Heliux will directly lead business operations and partner closely with the CEO on strategic projects to address the company's most critical challenges during its next growth phase. This role offers a dynamic and varied work experience.
Responsibilities
- Establish an AI-powered operating cadence across internal business functions including accounting, financial planning, recruiting, human resources, compliance, and business development.
- Build the company’s analytical layer to drive critical decision-making by defining algorithms for data collection, scenario modeling, and articulating actionable decisions.
- Manage high-priority strategic projects from inception to completion with a strong sense of urgency, including security compliance, fundraising support, and business model strategy.
- Create operating leverage for the CEO through thought partnership, task and decision management, and by representing Heliux to customers, investors, and vendors.
- Enhance Heliux's probability of success by undertaking any necessary tasks to achieve victory, even if not explicitly defined in the job description.
Requirements
- Proven experience in establishing, managing, and continuously improving cross-functional business operations in ambiguous environments.
- Demonstrated proficiency in the fundamentals of a software/technology business, including deployment operations, financial modeling, and revenue operations.
- Evidence of rapid career advancement in startups, management consulting, investment banking, or private equity.
- An inherent desire to operate with extreme urgency in all aspects of life and work.
