About the Role
The Full-Time Stock Coordinator keeps everything behind the scenes running smoothly, staying on top of inventory and ensuring the store is always ready for customers, playing a key role in maintaining operational flow.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing shipments quickly and efficiently
- Keep the back store clean, organized, and fully stocked to support sales
- Follow all loss prevention and health & safety guidelines
- Support daily operations, including restocking, moving product between the floor and back store, and helping with visual setup
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in retail or service industry
- Deep interest in fashion
- Big customer-first energy with a natural ability to connect with people
- Available for day, night, and weekend shifts
- Comfortable staying on your feet and lifting up to 35 lbs. (≈16 kg) during busy floor days
