About the Role
Immediate openings for Field Marketing Representatives at high-traffic retail locations. Engage homeowners, create interest in home remodeling services, and set qualified in-home appointments. This role offers performance-based pay and career growth opportunities within a fast-growing company.
Responsibilities
- Represent Expo Home Improvement inside retail stores, events, and shows
- Talk with homeowners about bathroom, window, kitchen, and home remodeling projects
- Generate interest and set qualified appointments for the sales team
- Deliver excellent customer interaction and brand representation
- Meet weekly appointment-setting and performance goals
- Participate in ongoing coaching, training, and development
Requirements
- Outgoing and comfortable talking with new people
- Competitive and goal-oriented mindset
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable transportation required
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work weekends and retail event schedules
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours)
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable with prolonged periods of speaking and engaging with the public
- Ability to travel to multiple locations within a workday
- Must be able to stop, reach, and bend occasionally
- Must be able to report to and work from different assigned locations

- $18 per hour base pay
- Performance bonus based on gross sales each pay period: 1–2 Gross Sales: $400 bonus per sale, 3–4 Gross Sales: $500 bonus per sale, 5–6 Gross Sales: $600 bonus per sale
