About the Role

The AI Executive Partner will serve as a strategic partner and executive adviser, leveraging deep understanding of AI to drive organizational outcomes. This role is for visionary leaders seeking to make a significant impact across multiple industries and shape the market.

Responsibilities

  • Manage member relationships and provide Advisory support to the C-Suite with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
  • Create service solutions for clients utilizing ExP and/or EITL products based on subject matter expertise.
  • Define and deliver innovative solutions by assessing member Mission Critical Priorities (MCPs) and developing customized service plans.
  • Conduct on-site and virtual briefings, including strategy sessions, research analyst visits, roundtables, and webinars.
  • Present or facilitate sessions at Gartner events.
  • Build strong partnerships with Gartner’s Sales organization to ensure member engagement, renewal, and business growth.
  • Guide executives leading strategic initiatives using AI and provide expert advice on AI technology implementation, integration, and optimization.
  • Provide training and mentorship on AI-related topics to drive AI literacy and responsible AI practices across organizations.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of progressive technology exposure in consulting and/or CxO roles, with expertise in AI (Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, Deep Learning, Robotics), Product Development, BI, Digital Transformation, Block Chain, Big Data, High Performance Compute, and Cloud.
  • Experience leading complex, large-scale IT/digital/business transformation programs.
  • 7-10+ years delivering enterprise-wide AI programs across multiple business units within large organizations.
  • Robust understanding of key AI technology and market trends, including Generative AI.
  • Familiarity with AI organizational structures, AI governance practices, and AI maturity models is a plus.
  • Experience presenting to boards of directors and CEOs is desired.
  • Demonstrable sales and/or business development experience and interest with CXO level executives.
