About the Role
Manage a portfolio of AIA Australia’s key group insurance clients by performing product and policy reviews, providing value-adding product solutions, and developing sustainable group product terms and conditions.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Client Development Team to plan, identify, and deliver product requirements and solutions across superannuation funds, Mastertrusts, and Government funds.
- Develop accessible policy documents, disclosure documents, and communication material for Corporate and Strategic clients.
- Provide risk assessment and product terms on new business opportunities, and end-to-end product management.
- Provide support to internal stakeholders and clients with product management related queries, including support to internal stakeholders through training across claims and underwriting.
Requirements
- Proven experience within life insurance, superannuation, or other relevant industries
- Experience in group product management
- Knowledge of the Australian group insurance market and key drivers
- Understanding of superannuation legislation changes, and regulatory and behavioural impacts environmental impact on key clients
