About the Role
Papaya Global is seeking a Global Payroll & EOR Onboarding Implementation Manager to join the Operations team. This role involves leading end-to-end implementation projects for global payroll and workforce management solutions, ensuring a seamless client experience from discovery to go-live.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end onboarding and implementation projects for Global Payroll, EOR, and workforce management solutions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Conduct discovery sessions to identify client payroll, HR, compliance, and operational requirements.
- Manage implementation plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Guide clients through platform configuration, data migration, testing, and go-live readiness.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Payroll Operations, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success.
- Support integrations between payroll, HRIS, ERP, and third-party systems.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and operational challenges.
- Utilize AI-powered tools to enhance implementation efficiency and documentation quality.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of implementation methodologies and playbooks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 4+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, onboarding, consulting, project management, or customer success.
- 3+ years of experience in payroll, global payroll, EOR, HR technology, or workforce management.
- Proven experience managing complex implementation projects from discovery through go-live.
- Strong understanding of payroll operations, onboarding, compliance, and workforce management.
- Experience working with HRIS, payroll, ERP, or workforce management platforms.
- Excellent project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools for productivity and operational efficiency.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, global environment.
