About the Role

We are looking for a Controlling & Reporting specialist to join our team in Berlin-Adlershof. Responsibilities

• Create meaningful evaluations and analyses of relevant company key figures to support the further development of business processes.
• Develop existing reporting structures and prepare data for informed decision-making.
• Analyze trends, identify developments, and derive concrete recommendations for action to optimize processes and results.
• Utilize expertise in Excel, Power BI, and similar tools to enhance transparent analyses, reports, and efficient analysis instruments.
• Identify improvement potentials, support the development of workflows, and accompany data-based decision-making processes.
• Collaborate closely with various departments and serve as a point of contact for analyses, evaluations, and operational questions.
• Support short-term evaluations and prepare relevant information for operational and strategic decisions.

Requirements

• Possess a strong understanding of numbers and a high affinity for data, key figures, and analytical questions.
• Have very good Excel skills and ideally experience with Power BI or comparable BI tools.
• Hold a completed commercial apprenticeship, a degree in business administration with a focus on controlling, supply chain management, or a comparable qualification.
• Ideally have experience in controlling, reporting, data analysis, or a similar function.
• Experience in the shoe or fashion industry is advantageous for quickly understanding our merchandise management processes.
• Work in a structured, analytical, and solution-oriented manner, deriving concrete measures from data.
• Demonstrate initiative, strong communication skills, and enjoyment in collaborating with various departments.
