About the Role

We are seeking a highly strategic and technically strong Busway Program & Interface Manager – Cloud & Service Providers to drive front-end orchestration of our Busway portfolio across the C&SP segment. This is a program-level leadership role, focused on tendering, presales, forecasting, and factory interface, ensuring Busway solutions are commercially competitive, technically optimised, and aligned to manufacturing and supply chain capabilities before handover, enabling scalable growth across hyperscale and colocation programs.

Responsibilities

Act as the integrator across sales, engineering, and manufacturing—driving consistency, speed, and predictability across complex C&SP programs
Own the tendering and presales interface for C&SP Busway opportunities, ensuring consistent commercial structures, optimised designs, and realistic supply assumptions
Lead portfolio forecasting and demand planning, translating pipeline data into program-level forecasts and providing early visibility of demand, capacity, and risks
Act as the primary interface between commercial teams and factories, aligning customer needs with standardised, repeatable, and manufacturable solutions
Drive technical optimisation and design governance pre-execution, balancing performance, cost, manufacturability, and lead times while reducing rework
Manage program-level coordination and execution handover discipline, ensuring clean, scalable transitions into delivery teams with minimal late-stage changes
Lead continuous improvement initiatives, developing C&SP playbooks, simplifying tendering processes, and improving speed, repeatability, and conversion rates

Requirements

Technically credible leader, experienced in operating across complex front-end environments and bridging sales, engineering, and manufacturing
Great experience with Busway systems, ideally within data centre or C&SP environments
Proven background in tendering, presales, or front-end program coordination
Ability to operate at portfolio and program level, managing frameworks and large-scale opportunity pipelines
Experience working across commercial, technical, and factory/manufacturing interfaces
Exposure to hyperscale or colocation customers and high-volume, repeatable data centre programs (highly desirable)
Manufacturing or supply chain engagement experience within global environments (advantageous)
Must have working rights in Australia at the time of application and will be required to provide documented evidence if selected for interview.
