About the Role

We are seeking a Project Manager to join our Data Centre Cloud & Service Provider (C&SP) PMO team. This role offers a significant opportunity to manage larger, more complex infrastructure projects within high-growth data centre environments, involving hands-on delivery on Tier 1 construction sites and live operational data centres. You will develop strong commercial, technical, and stakeholder management capabilities while supporting the company's expansion in medium to large-scale, mission-critical projects.

Responsibilities

  • Lead delivery of medium-scale projects, with exposure to larger programs over time.
  • Manage end-to-end project execution, ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and to Schneider standards (CPP).
  • Coordinate schedules, resources, subcontractors, and vendors across multiple projects.
  • Support project financials, including forecasting, cost control, and margin management.
  • Work closely with site teams, customers, and internal stakeholders to drive outcomes.
  • Contribute to presentations and reporting for customers and leadership.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure a high level of satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of project management experience, ideally in data centres, construction, engineering, or infrastructure.
  • Experience delivering projects in site-based or live environments.
  • Exposure to project financials, reporting, and scheduling.
  • Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
  • Understanding of the Australian construction environment, including subcontractors and industrial relations (preferred).
  • Trade (Electrical/Refrigeration) or degree-qualified (or equivalent experience).
  • PMP (or similar) certification or willingness to work towards it.
  • Must have working rights in Australia at the time of application and provide documented evidence if selected for interview.
