About the Role

We are seeking a Project Manager to join our Data Centre Cloud & Service Provider (C&SP) PMO team. This role offers a significant opportunity to manage larger, more complex infrastructure projects within high-growth data centre environments, involving hands-on delivery on Tier 1 construction sites and live operational data centres. You will develop strong commercial, technical, and stakeholder management capabilities while supporting the company's expansion in medium to large-scale, mission-critical projects.

Responsibilities

Lead delivery of medium-scale projects, with exposure to larger programs over time.
Manage end-to-end project execution, ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and to Schneider standards (CPP).
Coordinate schedules, resources, subcontractors, and vendors across multiple projects.
Support project financials, including forecasting, cost control, and margin management.
Work closely with site teams, customers, and internal stakeholders to drive outcomes.
Contribute to presentations and reporting for customers and leadership.
Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure a high level of satisfaction.

Requirements

6+ years of project management experience, ideally in data centres, construction, engineering, or infrastructure.
Experience delivering projects in site-based or live environments.
Exposure to project financials, reporting, and scheduling.
Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
Understanding of the Australian construction environment, including subcontractors and industrial relations (preferred).
Trade (Electrical/Refrigeration) or degree-qualified (or equivalent experience).
PMP (or similar) certification or willingness to work towards it.
Must have working rights in Australia at the time of application and provide documented evidence if selected for interview.
