About the Role

As an Assistant Manager, you're part of the leadership team, driving profitability through customer connections, brand loyalty, and community engagement. You will provide feedback and coaching to the sales team to maximize performance and collaborate with leadership to adapt strategies for business success.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Director & Associate Store Manager to impact business results and maximize profitability.
• Own a designated division of responsibility (Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling, etc.).
• Manage store operations, systems, and technology while ensuring accountability.
• Assist Store Director & Associate Store Manager with recruiting, training and development efforts.
• Partner with Store Director and Associate Store Manager to curate a collaborative working environment.
• Ensure the team is always on track to exceed goals and provide best-in-class customer service.
• Lead fit sessions that boost product knowledge for associates.
• Develop innovative ways to engage the community and build loyalty through events.
• Step into a variety of roles on the sales floor, if needed.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of retail management experience with a similar scope.
• Passionately support our brand, customers, and teams.
• Stay up to date with current fashion trends and industry developments.
• Embrace teamwork, flexibility, and courtesy while executing tasks.
• Innovate and champion new ideas while navigating uncertainty, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
• Have scheduling flexibility, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must bend, reach, stretch for product as well as lift, carry and move at least 40 pounds | 18 kilos.

Salary/Compensations

• $21.50 - $27.00
