About the Role

As a Senior MES Engineer at Accenture, you will play a pivotal role in the technical implementation of MES projects, ensuring systems meet both operational and regulatory requirements. You will leverage your expertise in Rockwell PharmaSuite to develop, configure, and validate complex MES solutions in highly regulated environments, contributing to the transformation of leading life sciences companies.

Responsibilities

• Implement MES systems, participating in design, configuration, testing, and validation.
• Develop future-proof solutions that meet the highest quality standards in collaboration with project stakeholders.
• Create and review System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) documents according to Accenture standards.
• Incorporate global guidelines, current cGMP requirements, and regulatory demands into daily work.
• Contribute expertise to design workshops with MES vendors, system integrators, and site teams.
• Actively participate in the creation and qualification of MES designs, ensuring operational usability and quality compliance.
• Combine technical expertise, consistent quality assurance, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Actively contribute to projects as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Steer and shape project goals through close coordination with all relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure clear and structured communication.

Requirements

• Extensive professional experience in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
• In-depth knowledge and technical expertise, particularly with Rockwell PharmaSuite.
• Deep experience in integrating MES with other Level-2 and Level-3 systems.
• Proven experience in independently leading design, qualification, and implementation.
• Structured and solution-oriented approach to work.
• Ability to successfully master complex challenges.
• Appreciation for collaboration in interdisciplinary teams.
• Strong communication skills in German (minimum C1 level) and professional proficiency in English.
