About the Role

As a cashier, you will ensure customers have a positive shopping experience by providing proactive service in both traditional and self-checkout lanes, helping to build customer loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with friendly conversation, eye contact, and smiles
• Proactively offer assistance and thank customers for shopping
• Efficiently and accurately scan items and process payments
• Bag items properly to ensure product integrity
• Manage traffic flow and direct customers in the self-checkout area
• Troubleshoot self-checkout systems
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workspace

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Availability for morning, afternoon, and evening shifts, including weekends
• Ability to work shifts ending as late as 12am
