About the Role

Pinchin is seeking a commercially driven, growth-minded leader to accelerate revenue growth, win new clients, and lead the national expansion of its Construction Project Management service line across Canada.

Responsibilities

  • Execute the national Construction Project Management growth strategy to achieve revenue and market-share targets.
  • Define go-to-market approaches including target sectors, service scope, and delivery standards.
  • Lead business development to acquire new clients and secure strategic partnerships.
  • Grow revenue within existing accounts through cross-selling services.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a national leadership team.
  • Maintain full P&L accountability for growth and profitability.
  • Serve as a senior ambassador to build visibility with clients and industry partners.
  • Support internal change management to position the service as a national offering.

Requirements

  • Progressive senior leadership experience in construction project management, engineering, or environmental consulting.
  • Demonstrated success executing national or multi-regional growth strategies.
  • Proven track record of winning complex, high-value projects and building executive-level relationships.
  • Strong financial and operational management skills.
  • Experience defining service delivery standards, QA/QC frameworks, and project controls.
  • Strong people leadership skills including recruitment and succession planning.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and executive presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business reporting tools.
