About the Role
As a Sales & Marketing Associate (Leasing Consultant), you will convert leads into community tours, conduct personalized tours, build brand loyalty, and generate awareness via social media. This role requires working weekends to engage prospective residents.
Responsibilities
- Convert leads into community tours by following up with all prospects and providing helpful and compelling information about the community and neighborhood
- Conduct informative and personalized tours of the apartment community that result in new leases
- Build brand loyalty by ensuring that the resident experience is consistently stellar
- Generate awareness, interest and excitement via social media
- Work weekends three weekends per month with two days off during the week
Requirements
