Assort Health is building an AI agent to create a continuous conversation for every patient, remembering context from initial symptoms to full recovery. This role is crucial in helping to change the $1.1 trillion spent annually on healthcare administration.
Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruiting, managing end-to-end hiring for Go-to-Market, Operations, and Business roles while delivering an exceptional experience for candidates and hiring managers.
- Build high-quality candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing, referrals, talent communities, and creative strategies.
- Deliver an exceptional hiring process by maintaining efficient searches through strong communication, thoughtful coordination, and disciplined pipeline management.
- Partner with hiring managers across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to understand hiring needs, refine candidate profiles, and support interview calibration.
- Continuously improve recruiting outcomes and processes using data, candidate feedback, and market insights.
- Leverage recruiting technology and AI, including Ashby and modern AI-powered tools, to automate workflows and improve efficiency.
Requirements
- 1-4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including experience hiring for GTM, Operations, or other business functions.
- A track record of building strong candidate pipelines through sourcing, relationship building, and thoughtful outreach.
- Experience partnering with hiring managers to successfully fill open roles and deliver a positive hiring experience.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple searches, prioritize effectively, and maintain a high bar for execution.
- A builder mentality and growth mindset, thriving in fast-paced environments, embracing ambiguity, and eagerness to continuously improve recruiting processes.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust with candidates and internal partners.
