About the Role

Develop data-driven models for processing and interpreting decision-relevant data as a Data Scientist within the Corporate Functions – Performance & Reward team. This role focuses on creating attractive and motivating work environments by developing concepts and programs related to career, benefits, recognition, and performance-based compensation.

Responsibilities

  • Develop suitable algorithms and models for processing decision-relevant data.
  • Create individual dashboards using modern business intelligence tools.
  • Identify correlations and patterns in data to test hypotheses.
  • Develop reporting and analysis tools in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
  • Prepare content in a structured manner for various target groups and reporting requirements.
  • Independently identify and develop the necessary process for developing the entire value chain and engagement chain.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Physics (e.g., with a focus on Statistics, Data Analytics) or a comparable qualification.
  • Ideally, initial professional experience in areas such as Analytics and/or Project Management.
  • Comfortable handling large amounts of data in a highly confidential environment.
  • Initial programming skills in R, Python, SQL, or comparable languages.
  • Experience with business intelligence tools such as Qlik, Sense, or PowerBI.
  • Excellent analytical skills and high standards for own work results.
