Responsibilities
- Manage overnight operations, including check-ins and security.
- Process payments, handle cash drops, and adhere to audit procedures.
- Ensure hotel safety and security.
- Assist with various tasks such as mail, messages, room updates, and lost property.
- Address guest inquiries, feedback, and concerns.
- Collaborate with Sales, Reservations, and Housekeeping departments.
- Coach and mentor the night team in the absence of the Night Manager.
Requirements
- Possess a calm and collected demeanor.
- Have supervisory experience.
- Demonstrate a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Exhibit strong attention to detail.
- Skilled in multitasking and organization.
- Familiarity with hotel systems and Marriott standards is advantageous.
