About the Role

CoreWeave is seeking an exceptional Global Director, Deal Strategy & Execution to build and lead our global deal desk. This role will be the commercial engine for structuring, approving, and orchestrating complex, high-value opportunities, partnering closely with sales teams. You will own the deal desk end-to-end, ensuring deals are structured for durable revenue across various models. This is a unique opportunity to establish a global practice from the ground up, building and coaching a worldwide team. You will act as the connective tissue across the deal cycle, collaborating with Commercial Legal, Revenue Accounting, Finance Pricing, and sales leadership to ensure speed, discipline, and enterprise-grade commercial practices while maintaining agility.

Responsibilities

  • Stand up the global deal desk practice and scale it as CoreWeave grows, defining the operating model, playbooks, systems, and standards.
  • Build, lead, and coach a worldwide team of deal architects and deal specialists.
  • Serve as the connective tissue across the deal cycle, partnering with Commercial Legal, Revenue Accounting, and Finance Pricing.
  • Act as the trusted commercial advisor to sales leadership on the largest and most strategic pursuits.
  • Partner with regional RevOps leaders to maintain a core global deal framework while accommodating regional nuances.
  • Lead deal commercial structuring across deal types, optimizing pricing, terms, and economics for durable revenue.
  • Own deal advanced approvals and pricing quality, balancing competitiveness with margin discipline.
  • Run complex deal quote and order orchestration, ensuring accuracy and speed from CPQ through booking.
  • Establish contract governance and legal interlock with Commercial Legal, embedding review workflows and commercial risk management.
  • Orchestrate complex fulfillment and revenue recognition, partnering with Revenue Accounting to deliver clean, compliant revenue outcomes.

Requirements

  • 15+ years in deal desk, sales operations, commercial strategy, or revenue operations, with experience owning complex enterprise deal structuring.
  • Strong command of pricing strategy, contract structuring, and revenue recognition principles, including reserved-instance and committed-capacity models.
  • Experience partnering deeply with Commercial Legal, Revenue Accounting, Finance Pricing, and CRO-level sales leadership.
  • Familiarity with enterprise sales methodologies (MEDDIC, MEDDPICC, Challenger) and long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Public-company fluency: SOX, commercial risk, and governance frameworks that balance velocity with control.
  • Proven success building, leading, and coaching high-performing deal desk or commercial teams, ideally including standing up a function or scaling one across multiple geographies and time zones.
  • Cloud infrastructure, AI/ML, or SaaS experience strongly preferred.
  • This position requires access to export controlled information. Applicant must be a U.S. person or eligible to access export controlled information without required authorization.
