About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Product Designer to contribute to the enterprise software powering the world's largest digital out-of-home advertising marketplace, now part of T-Mobile Advertising Solutions. This user-centric role will drive design vision, uncover user needs, map workflows, and translate insights into intuitive product experiences across the entire product development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end design lifecycle including discovery, user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and design guidelines with minimal oversight.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to refine requirements, balancing customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
  • Independently conduct qualitative and quantitative research, engaging with users to identify pain points and validate solutions.
  • Contribute to and evolve the design system, principles, guidelines, and pattern libraries for consistency across the T-Ads product ecosystem.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned by business management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of related work experience OR Advanced degree with 3 years of related experience.
  • Acceptable areas of study include UX, HCI, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
  • 4-7 years of related working experience.
  • Must provide a portfolio or work samples to be considered.
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Skills

  • User Experience Design - End-to-end design including discovery, IA, interaction design, and visual design.
  • Communication - Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to articulate and defend design decisions.
  • Project Management - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and balance multiple concurrent design workstreams against shifting deadlines.
  • User Research - Demonstrated ability to plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative research independently.
  • Design Systems and UI Frameworks - Experience contributing to and maintaining design systems and pattern libraries and working knowledge of common UI frameworks and front-end constraints.
