About the Role

This hands-on role will lead the month-end close process, oversee financial reporting, support audits, improve accounting processes, and help build a scalable accounting function within a growing multi-entity organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process for multiple entities.
• Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, prepaids, and intercompany transactions.
• Prepare financial statements and management reporting packages.
• Support annual audits and coordinate with external auditors.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting.
• Maintain strong internal controls and identify process improvements.
• Coordinate accounting activities across multiple entities and outsourced resources.
• Support acquisitions and integration of newly acquired businesses.
• Partner with finance and operations leaders to support business decisions.
• Assist with tax, cash flow, banking, and other finance initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
• CPA preferred or actively pursuing.
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience; public accounting or audit preferred.
• Experience with month-end close, financial reporting, and external audits.
• Knowledge of GAAP and/or IFRS.
• Multi-entity accounting experience preferred.
• Advanced Excel and QuickBooks Online or similar ERP experience.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
