About the Role
The Client Advisor will provide a unique customer experience, guiding clients through the company's values and heritage. This role focuses on understanding client needs to build long-term, profitable relationships and achieve collective team goals through individual performance.
Responsibilities
- Ensure a unique customer experience, setting the stage for long-term relationships.
- Manage all phases of the sales process, including after-sales and clienteling.
- Create a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere.
- Achieve excellent sales performance and results.
- Implement and support visual standards in collaboration with the Visual Merchandising Central Europe team.
- Manage replenishment and inventory.
- Actively cooperate during inventory preparation and execution.
- Engage in effective and enthusiastic teamwork, conveying energy and motivation.
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales activities; experience in fashion/luxury/retail is advantageous.
- Passion for retail and customer service.
- Excellent customer and service orientation with a commercial mindset.
- Excellent understanding of the luxury segment and its products.
- Fluent German and good English language skills; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong communication skills.
- Willingness to develop within the company.
- Affinity for a digital environment and openness to new working approaches.
