About the Role
As an Admissions Officer, you will be the first point of contact for prospective families, guiding them through CGA's offerings, conducting assessments, and determining if CGA is the right fit. This role involves consultative sales, acting as a trusted advisor, and building long-term relationships, owning the pipeline from initial contact through enrollment and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Hit sales targets by guiding families through CGA's offering with care and clarity.
- Run consultations and academic assessments in a way that reflects our brand.
- Pitch CGA's programmes to prospective students and parents using our sales process.
- Build genuine, professional relationships with families.
- Onboard new students cleanly into the service team.
- Stay in touch with existing families and inform them about new suitable options.
- Resolve concerns quickly to ensure families feel supported.
- Continuously improve sales skills and stay updated on the education space.
- Work with marketing to identify campaign and event opportunities based on family feedback.
- Represent CGA at school talks, careers expos, and webinars.
- Identify and own new partnership opportunities and untapped markets.
- Attend relevant industry events and share market insights with the team.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and personal relationships.
- Maintain an up-to-date CRM daily.
- Submit accurate sales reports on time.
- Assist in training new team members.
- Collaborate closely with Accounts to ensure smooth payments.
- Share local market knowledge with the global sales and marketing team.
- Suggest improvements to the sales process.
- Compile insights on family inquiries, competitor activities, and product opportunities.
Requirements
- A genuine interest in education and student pathways.
- Strong consultative sales experience, ideally in EdTech, education, or another considered high-value sale.
- Confident communicator who can engage equally with parents and students.
- Self-motivated and organized with the ability to own a pipeline independently.
- Comfortable using CRM tools and adhering to a process-driven sales approach.
- Curious, resourceful, and willing to be hands-on in a fast-paced team environment.
