About the Role
As a Data Analyst at VigorCare Pediatric Services, you will play a crucial role in driving our business forward by providing valuable insights and recommendations based on data analysis. You will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement, and help us make data-driven decisions that will ultimately benefit our patients and their families.
Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources, including electronic health records, surveys, and other databases
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and provide recommendations for data collection and analysis
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support business initiatives and answer specific questions
- Communicate complex data findings in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and healthcare analytics
- Participate in the development and implementation of data governance policies and procedures
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity through regular data audits and quality checks
- Support the training and development of team members on data analysis tools and techniques
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Knowledge of data governance principles and best practices
- Experience with electronic health records and healthcare data is a plus
