About the Role
We are looking for motivated young individuals to start an apprenticeship as an Industrial Mechanic starting September 1, 2026. This role offers real prospects, variety, and teaches modern work methods within the energy sector.
Responsibilities
- Gain insight into all important company areas, including power plants and decentralized facilities.
- Learn to manufacture individual components for larger machines.
- Develop technical drawings and other documents like assembly and maintenance plans.
- Perform maintenance and repair of machinery.
- Combine school and practical training through cooperation with Siemens.
Requirements
- Secondary school diploma (Mittlere Reife) with good grades.
- Good foundation in Physics and Mathematics is beneficial.
- Technical understanding, manual dexterity, and good spatial reasoning.
- Ability to work well in a team, strong communication skills, and problem-solving aptitude.
- Basic experience with office applications (e.g., Word, Excel).
- Willingness to learn, openness, and curiosity.
