About the Role

Drive performance for category-leading e-commerce and retail brands by leading social-first strategy and execution. This role involves owning campaign execution, optimization, and performance across multiple clients, collaborating with the wider s360 Group to deliver tangible results.

Responsibilities

  • Drive daily performance across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and Snap through rigorous setup, accurate spend pacing, and continuous testing.
  • Analyze performance data and platform insights to report back to the client, translating data into effective solutions.
  • Contribute to client strategy, developing growth-oriented roadmaps and test plans.
  • Maintain deep platform knowledge through continuous upskilling and the s360 induction program.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience with platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Pinterest Ads.
  • Commitment to best-in-class setup, rigorous quality assurance, and precise pacing accuracy.
  • Proactive mindset and passion for staying embedded in technical details that drive performance.
  • Track record of driving Paid Social performance through performance-driven roadmaps and continuous testing.
  • Action-oriented, performance-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Motivated by the challenge of growing eCommerce brands.
  • Strategic mindset to understand how different channels create measurable results.
