About the Role
This role supports a client in the manufacturing industry and offers the potential for full-time employment.
Responsibilities
- Work with project teams to meet project deadlines.
- Manage customer communications during the transfer from the Sales Team.
- Actively evaluate the project to anticipate, identify, evaluate, and mitigate project risks and issues, escalating when necessary.
- Establish clear project scope of work.
- Cultivate trust and manage expectations with all project stakeholders (Sales, Engineering, Service, and Operations).
- Identify needs for additional resources and adjustments to meet client expectations.
- Improve project timelines without sacrificing quality.
- Review products, processes, and systems to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide input on developing standards and procedures related to project matters.
- Manage projects and deliverables, aligning the team.
- Present progress reports to upper management in regular production review meetings.
- Research strategies to further improve the customer experience.
- Implement customer satisfaction strategies to improve the quality of solutions.
