Responsibilities

• Operate central PTAC units and mechanical equipment using sound engineering practices and specified corporate operating procedures.
• Repair and maintain kitchen equipment, laundry equipment, ice machines, and refrigeration systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and pneumatic problems efficiently.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on an ongoing basis.

Requirements

• Previous hotel engineering experience preferred, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematic drawings, and technical parts breakdowns.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• High work ethic and self-initiative.
