About the Role
Fogo de Chão is seeking dedicated individuals to provide an unforgettable dining experience by showcasing the Culinary Art of Churrasco. This role focuses on delivering exceptional service while embodying the company values of teamwork, integrity, excellence, and humility.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a friendly greeting, smile, and eye contact.
- Assist guests with seating and napkin placement.
- Present menus and answer questions regarding menu items and preparation methods.
- Explain the continuous tableside serving concept.
- Take and serve beverage and dessert orders.
- Communicate special meat requests to Churrasqueiros.
- Process orders with cashiers.
- Collaborate with other servers to support team operations.
- Complete opening and closing shift duties.
Requirements
- Ability to transport objects up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to stand for long periods.
- Ability to work at a quick pace.
- Availability to work weekends and holidays.
