About the Role

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will assist the Store Manager in daily store operations, ensuring peak performance. You will uphold legal requirements, company policies, and risk management structures. By leading and engaging the team, you will create exceptional guest experiences, optimize store performance, and drive sales and EBITDA to meet or exceed targets. Your success hinges on delivering best-in-class guest experiences that foster customer loyalty.

Responsibilities

Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, enforcing hygiene, health, and safety standards.
Assist the Store Manager in developing and engaging the team through daily feedback, training, and initiatives.
Ensure a guest-first approach, building strong guest relations and increasing loyalty.
Assist in building sales and optimizing store EBITDA to achieve KPI targets.
Effectively assist in leading team members in alignment with company virtues and operational principles.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in a leadership or key-holder role (e.g., Shift Leader, Supervisor, or similar).
Experience working in a fast-paced team environment (experience with teams of +10 employees is a plus).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Highly motivated to develop as a people-centric leader and grow a career in management.
