  • Work closely with recruitment and onboarding teams to ensure a smooth and positive experience for all new starters.
  • Support and lead on employee relations matters including investigations, performance concerns, welfare discussions, and probation reviews.
  • Collaborate with the Head of People & Talent on key people initiatives, process improvements, and wider People projects.
  • Help embed and improve key people processes such as engagement surveys, performance check-ins, recognition initiatives, and manager development.
  • Use data, trends, and employee feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and proactively solve problems.
  • Support policy implementation and provide practical HR guidance in line with UK employment law and best practice.
  • Build strong relationships across operational teams and become a trusted and visible People partner within the business.
  • Support change, growth, and organisational development as the business continues to scale rapidly.

Requirements

  • Strong HRBP experience within a fast-paced, high-growth or operational environment supporting managers with complex people management, performance, and development challenges.
  • Experience supporting large frontline or customer-focused teams is highly desirable.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity and adapting quickly as priorities evolve.
  • Confidence handling employee relations matters with a calm, fair, and pragmatic approach.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and support managers at different levels.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and competing demands.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in.
